In summary:
8el requires graduates for their ?fast track? sales development program. This is an opportunity for individuals looking to begin a highly rewarding sales career in communications. Successful applicants will receive full training to develop the skills required to manage their own regional sales areas and within 18 months will be selling the complete 8el portfolio of products.

In a closely monitored environment successful candidates will work closely with the technical pre-sales support team to develop solutions that closely match our customers communications needs. In addition, the marketing team will help generate leads through the web, via proactive campaigns, PR and telemarketing.

Responsibilities include:

Meeting a challenging sales target for your geographic region
Working closely with marketing to generate leads via local/targeted campaigns
Outbound telemarketing to generate new appointments
Measurement and reporting of activity against your sales pipeline
Working within a team environment to support the success of the org

Successful candidates will have:

Preferably a 1st or 2nd class degree in a business or science discipline
Good English skills (written & spoken)
Demonstrable presentation/communication skills
Drive and enthusiasm
Self discipline
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office - )

Package:

Building to £50,000
Company share pool will apply
Car allowance
25 days paid holiday per annum (pro rata)
