Project Management is a key part of 8el's customer interaction. Rolling out a network can be a complex and stressful process. 8el takes the aggravation away from customers by appointing a dedicated project manager to oversee the process through to delivery. 8el's accredited project managers have the expertise and knowledge to ensure the installation process proceeds as simply and efficiently as possible.
The 8el project management team has had experience in successfully implementing its solutions into hundreds of customer sites and has a strong track record in meeting and exceeding expectations.
Project management
Each customer is allocated a project manager providing an accessible, single point of contact. Our entire project team are PRINCE2 certified, giving customers peace of mind that each project will be handled with a comprehensive and detailed approach. The dedicated project manager will ensure that the customer has complete visibility throughout the installation period from the initial meeting through to completion and handover to the 8el customer services team.
During project initiation, the project manager produces a scope of work document to describe the parameters and respective responsibilities of all stakeholders and interested parties. A project plan is also produced to explain the relevant timelines and sequence of events key to the success of the project. This then forms the basis of a regular review and update process to track the status of installation.
