Novation
8el is able to novate customer's existing circuits once the initial BT (or alternative supplier) line rental contract expires. The process is straightforward and completely seamless with no disruption to service. In addition, it can be carried out without changing existing telephone numbers.
CallWatch Interactive - online billing tools
CallWatch Interactive analyses all inbound and outbound calls, providing a centralised alternative to a traditional call logger. This information enables customers to benefit from detailed call analysis of their telephone lines, such as the identification of call patterns and visibility of call anomalies e.g. out of hours calls.
CallWatch Interactive is available on-line 24/7, enabling users to access a range of predetermined or reports, to get the information they require without having to sift through huge quantities of data. Using the ProClarity powered front end, customers are able to extract detailed data on their voice activity from 8el’s multi-dimensional SQL billing database.
