Pull to Ground is another feature of 8el's NGN voice service that combines increased efficiency for users with cost benefits.
Many companies spend a lot of money transferring incoming phone calls to external mobiles. 8el CallPort Managed Profile services 'Pull to Ground' functionality allows calls to be conveniently diverted back to a desk phone or transferred to a particular extension from a mobile mid call.
Users can transfer incoming calls to a reception and on to any other user. This means that callers do not have to hang up and re-dial in order to reach a fixed line number. This inevitably increases user efficiency and results in lower call costs.
