Why would we want to partner with 8el?
8el offers our Partners a wide range of managed communication services that as well as being financially rewarding, can help you to consolidate your position within your customer base, keep competitors at arms length and provide a fresh go-to-market strategy to assist with customer acquisition.
Most of 8el's Partners have relationships with the likes of Avaya, Shortel, Mitel and/or Cisco, to name but a few. However, hosted telephony is the fastest growing sector in the telecoms market and 8el's IP Centrex solution, CallPort, offers mid enterprise customers in the UK genuine service and technology benefits and provides our Partners with a significant differentiator - solid revenue and margin streams with a true competitive advantage.
Where would we make our money?
As well as providing attractive rates of margin against licensing, support and hardware, 8el is committed to providing Partners with skills and training in order that they can deliver installation and support services that are not only rich in margin but that engender customer loyalty and perfectly position the Partner as a trusted advisor.
We already have wholesale relationships with network suppliers - could you provide cheaper circuits?
8el enjoys strong strategic relationships with a wide range of providers which enables us to provide best value solutions on a wholesale basis. Combining this with our market leading design, installation and support services, 8el can truly deliver a 1st class, margin rich alternative.
Our Partners will reap the benefits of a full lifecycle management, including pre-sales design support (on-site where required), through to project management prior to go-live, service delivery reviews for in life services and of course, access to the 8el NOC - a team of skilled engineers offering first and second line support.
Another key benefit sited by partners is access to AppFlow, 8el's online tool that establishes why a network is running slowly. This pinpoints issues and enables Partners to provide better support than using competitor network offerings.
What level of sales and marketing support could we expect?
8el strives to become a virtual and valued part of our Partners' sales effort. We work closely with our Partners to find, develop and win mutually beneficial business opportunities. We provide multimedia marketing support using email, mail-shot and telemarketing activities, co-branded collateral and effective pre-sales support.
Who are your Partners?
We have a broad range of Partners operating within the IT and Telecoms sectors. These include telephony resellers who are looking to add a truly managed IP telephony solution to their portfolio as an alternative to traditional PBX offerings.
We work with systems integrators, looking to supplement their traditional revenue and margins with our full range of managed communication services. We also work with IT consultancy firms who as a trusted advisor are looking to recommend effective, scalable, and robust infrastructure to a broad range of mid enterprise customers.
