8el launches LineConnect - reduced cost ISDN line rental service for customers
Single voice bill to include reduced ISDN line rentals
Reading, UK, August 23rd, 2005 ---Voice and data network operator 8el, today announced the launch of its new ISDN line rental service – 8el LineConnect. Targeted at mid corporates, LineConnect offers a lower cost alternative to BT line rentals and provides added customer convenience by being offered as part of a complete 8el voice solution.
Said John Rees 8el’s Commercial Director, “Customers can do without the hassle of managing multiple supplier relationships and our aim has always been to provide a total communications solution. Leaving the management of ISDN line rentals to us now means we can now manage and support a customer’s entire voice needs and administer it with a single monthly bill - a clear benefit to those customers wishing to free up valuable resources.”
8el already provides voice and data services to over 100 leading UK businesses including TDG, ADP, Centaur Communications and leading research agency MORI. It is confident LineConnect will be particularly popular with its existing clients keen to bring the management and support of line rentals under the same high quality support umbrella already provided through 8el’s comprehensive Service Level Agreement.
Through LineConnect, 8el is offering customers rental on a choice of services including ISDN30, ISDN2 and analogue lines. Existing customers are being given the option to seamlessly migrate circuits away from BT or other circuit providers once contracts expire. Switching to 8el, customers will also be able to retain existing telephone numbers, avoiding any service disruption or additional marketing costs.
