Introduced to enable 8el to accurately bill its customers, Opera CCB will also help 8el's customers gain easy access to their online Internet billing information 24 hours a day.
8el chose Calculus based on its speed and proficiency to implement Opera CCB, and the flexibility of the product, which will enable 8el's system to grow as the business expands.
The billing portal has been tailor-made to include any information which helps 8el's customers develop their telecommunication and e-commerce strategies. It also ensures customers can access their records via the 8el website and easily monitor and analyse their bills throughout the month. In addition, 8el's partners have visibility over their commissions.
