Blue Group International recruits 8el for new voice network
Reading, UK, November 10th, 2004--- Specialist network operator 8el has won a contract to supply professional recruitment specialist Blue Group International Limited with a high quality voice network. The agreement, which is worth £75,000 over the next year, replaces a less reliable network that was adversely affecting productivity.
Blue Group, a professional recruitment supplier for the medical, social care, construction and telecommunications sectors, made the decision after suffering from unreliable call delivery and poor service availability. As a result, the company sought an alternative voice solution outside of its existing supplier. From a shortlist of 3 final contenders, 8el secured the business with a fully managed solution that offered increased reliability and reduced total cost of ownership for their entire voice network.

8el will install intelligent Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), branded as freeport, at Blue Group’s London site. This constantly monitors voice traffic and automatically re-routes voice traffic over multiple routes in the event of a circuit failure, thus guaranteeing call delivery. Backing up the 8el solution, is a comprehensive service level agreement guaranteeing 100% service availability.
