Remote workers will see videoconferencing advantages in 'coming years'
Remote workers will be able to see the advantages of VoIP services and cloud computing in the coming years, a specialist has underlined.
The technologies enable more flexibility and mobility for employees, who will also see improvements to their videoconferencing services as a result of increased bandwidth, a spokesperson from Tomorrowtoday.uk.com stated.
Dr Graeme Codrington, futurist at Tomorrowtoday.uk.com, said: "Translation software, especially real-time translation systems, will allow people to work with anyone, anywhere - regardless of language barriers."
Mr Codrington insisted that these systems will assist remote workers and encourage more multinational and multi-location teams to be created in businesses.
VoIPWatch also recently highlighted the benefits of videoconferencing technology, insisting that cloud-based VoIP services can save labour costs and money for businesses.
Due to the technology, information technology or telecom managers do not have as much work to complete as usual, freeing up time that can be used for other means.
