He has played a key role in the development of the technology that underpins the company's growth and competitive advantage. Before setting up 8el, Justin had held senior sales positions within the European telecoms sector. |

| As Finance Director Martin Gray heads up 8el's external finance and funding strategy. He has primary responsibility for investor relations which has seen the company raise over £10 million of private funding for the company's development. Since 8el's inception he has also held the position of Company Secretary. He has principally worked at regulated financial services companies and has had a wide range of financial responsibilities, including investment management and finance directorships. |

| Phil O'Keeffe is responsible for the company's long term technology strategy, as well as driving the direction and development of 8el's expansion into IP based networking solutions. His technical skills and experience have been key in driving the innovation of the IPR held in 8el's IP Centrex platform. He has managed the technical implementation of analogue and digital platforms for a range of telecommuncations companies for almost 40 years. |

| John Rees leads the commercial functions of sales, marketing, finance and business planning within 8el and has been involved in the growth of the business from its early stages. He has been key to evolving the commercial model through dynamic changes that have occurred in the marketplace over the past seven years. John's background prior to 8el was with an accountancy practice within the Thames Valley. |

| Dr Ed Hough has a focused portfolio including non-executive chairmanships of high growth businesses, with experience of bringing such companies to market. His impressive CV includes executive directorships at four quoted companies, including Group Board responsibility for Cellnet at Securicor plc. |

| David Whitehead is an experienced director of trading with a major city institution; was regulated by the SFA and is a former member of The International Stock Exchange. He was one of 8el's founding investors and continues to take a very active role in the company's management. | |
