IP Phones

8el supplies users with the necessary IP phone handsets to support the comprehensive suite of telephony features and applications for the CallPort platform. 

An IP phone uses Voice over IP technology allowing telephone calls to be made over an IP based network rather than having dedicated wiring to a phone system.

8el has chosen to work in partnership primarily with snom for the supply of their VoIP phone systems.  snom are a leading manufacturer of IP phones and offer 8el the required functionality.

Through snom's flexible range of IP handsets, 8el is able to remotely manage, configure and update the phones automatically as part of the managed service.

There are a range of IP phone models on offer, plus optional headsets and expansion modules.
