Media Centre
The 8el Media Centre is an online portal for basic configuration tasks and media retrieval. Accessible through any public Internet connection, the Media Centre is an individual users tool for managing call settings, viewing call history and accessing call recordings and Voicemails.
The Media Centre is password protected and helps to relieve the strain of basic administration tasks from network administrators.

- Call Recording – Available through the portal is the ability to stream, download, archive and comment on call recordings. The Media Centre provides an intuitive and clear interface to manage call recordings including a clear indication of the recording time and date, number dialed, dialed from and the recording duration.
- Voicemail – The 8el Media Centre portal provides users with the ability to download or stream Voicemail messages without having to dial into the CallPort platform. Recordings can be deleted ensuring mailboxes stay within defined limits.
- Call history – The 8el Media Centre can dynamically interrogate the CallPort platform to display all call history. For further breakdown, users can view dialed calls, received calls and missed calls.
- User settings – The Media Centre provides end users with greater control over their individual settings. Speed dials and call forwarding can be configured along with options for restricting CLI and confirming star codes. The Media Centre also gives users the ability to opt in and opt out of optional hunt groups as well as bar inbound callers based on CLI.
